DELIVERY TERMS & CONDITIONS

Prices are shown on the site in different currencies (HKD, USD, RMB, TWD, JPY & SGD). Whilst we try our best endeavors to ensure all prices that appeared on the site are accurate, we do not guarantee that they are error-free and reserve our right to rectify any errors. If we discover an error in the price of any items that you have ordered we will inform you of this as soon as possible and give you the option to reconfirm your order at the correct price or cancel it. If we are unable to contact you we will treat the order as canceled. If you cancel and you have already paid for the goods, you will receive a full refund.
Choices of different couriers with estimated delivery lead-times are displayed clearly in 'select shipping method' on the checkout page. After the order is dispatched, a delivery confirmation email with the courier information and tracking number will be sent to you. If you do not receive this delivery confirmation email after 5 working days from the day you completed your payment, please contact our team at info@the-unit-store.com.

The Unit Store also offers free in-store pickup service. You can choose to pick up your order at our stores in Hong Kong. Please click here for the store information.
We provide free domestic (Hong Kong) delivery for all items and free international delivery for orders above HKD 300(Approx. 38.62 USD). Pick up in-store is free of charge. International orders under HK$300 will be subjected to a shipping fee.

Other express delivery options are also available on our website and the costs will be charged in addition; such additional charges are clearly displayed where applicable and included in the 'Total' on the checkout page.
The parcel upon arrival in the destination country, the contents of your order may be subjected to customs fees (taxes, duties, processing fees, brokerage fees, etc.) for which the recipient of the order is responsible. The Unit Store is not responsible for any customs fees incurred on your orders. The charges for your orders are determined by the customs office of the regarding the destination. The total amount at our checkout page does not include the customs fees, and you may be required to pay them to the courier upon delivery.
