RETURN AND EXCHANGE POLICY

We accept returns for up to 14 days from receiving your order and refund in the form of store credit. If you wish to return your item(s), please email us stating the reason for your request. We will review your request and once authorized, we will send you a case number and Return/Exchange form. Kindly be reminded to include your order number and item code on the Return/Exchange form, otherwise there may be delays in processing your return.. Please review our Returns & Exchange policy for more information on the return process.
  • All returns will be refunded in the form of store credit.
  • Returns and exchanges must be made within 14 days from receiving your order.
  • Returns and exchanges will be evaluated and processed upon receiving of the item(s).
  • The Unit Store Approved items will be made within 7 days from receiving your order.
  • All returns must be shipped out within 10 days from receiving your case number.
  • All returns and exchanges must include the Return/Exchange form provided by our team.
  • All return shipping fees and other miscellaneous fees are the responsibility of the customer. We will not pay for or refund these fees.
  • Return packages are the customer's responsibility until items are received by us. It is recommended that you take necessary precautions by using registered and traceable services when returning your package.
  • Some items are not eligible for return or exchange. See the list of not eligible for return items below.
  • Store Credit and Gift Cards are non-refundable.
  • Upon dispute, The Unit Store reserves the right to make the final decision on all return cases.

Please contact us within 7 days from receiving your order if you received merchandise that is incorrect, missing, and/or defective. Please include your order number, photographs of the item(s) and all related references upon receiving your package. We will do our very best to resolve your case as soon as possible.
  • All incorrect and/or defective items must be reported to us within 7 days from receiving your order.
  • All return shipping fees and other miscellaneous fees are the responsibility of the us.
  • Returned item(s) must be in new/original condition with all tags and original packaging attached. Tags must not be removed, cut or damaged. Returned item(s) must remain unworn and in the original condition in which they left The Unit Store.
  • Upon dispute, The Unit Store reserves the right to make the final decision on all return cases.
All refunds will be refunded in the form of store credit. Please be aware on the credit expiry date. At least 5 business days will be needed to processing the credit transfer.
