RETURN AND EXCHANGE POLICY

- Returns and exchanges must be made within 14 days from receiving your order.
- Returned item(s) must be in new/original condition with all tags and original packaging attached.
- Tags must not be removed, cut or damaged.

4. After we have received and checked the returned item, we will proceed refund to your Credit card / PayPal account in 5 business days. For credit card, You will receive the refund in extra 5-10 business days, depending on the credit card issuing bank.

Q2. CAN I REQUEST THE REFUND TRANSFERRING TO MY CREDIT CARD / PAYPAL / ALIPAY / WECHAT ACCOUNT?

No. All returns will be refunded in the form of store credit unless the items have manufacturing defects.
